Space-saving, swiveling vacuum press with a press area of 3500 mm x 1420 mm.

Technical basic equipment of the vacuum press:

Unless otherwise agreed, the vacuum press is powder-coated in RAL 7012 and RAL 7035. Special colors are available upon request; this must be clarified in advance and may incur additional costs.

Welded table construction for professional use, mounted on a swiveling carriage with 4 swivel castors, surface load capacity 150 kg. When not in use, the machine can be swiveled and locked to save space, reducing the depth required to 800 mm. The tabletop consists of a 22 mm thick laminated MDF board, covered in the pressing area with a slotted MDF vacuum distribution plate.

The membrane frame opening is supported by two gas struts mounted on the sides of the machine. A 2 mm thick natural rubber membrane is used, offering 780% elasticity and 70 °C temperature resistance, attached with a clamping system for efficient membrane replacement. The continuous sealing of the press chamber is achieved via a sealing profile integrated in the membrane frame.

Oil-lubricated vacuum pump with 40 m³/h suction capacity and two vacuum tanks providing a total volume of 200 liters. Evacuation and ventilation of the press chamber are controlled via a 3-way ball valve on the machine front.

The machine is delivered pre-assembled on a pallet. Please note that a forklift with sufficient lifting capacity and fork length is required for unloading.
