1) Bale Breaker MHB:

Suitable for round or square bales.
Includes frequency inverter (FU) – this regulates the speed of the scraper floor.

The bales are placed onto the scraper floor and the feed of the milling head is activated. The tines of the milling head pull the straw off the bale and eject it into the hopper. The combination of bale breaker and straw shredder is ideal here.

Output: 1-2 bales per hour, up to a maximum of 600 kg per hour (depending on the installed sieve size in the straw mill and power of the straw mill. Without straw mill, the bale breaker can even process up to a maximum of 900 kg/h of straw).

Description:
The muetek bale breaker was developed for loosening round and square bales of hay and straw. The shredder mounted to the bale breaker processes straw from all cereal crops, hay, corn, and miscanthus. The muetek machines of the MHZ / MHB series feature robust construction and heavy-duty design.

muetek bale breakers of the MHB series are equipped with a chain conveyor on which the straw bale can be placed using a front loader. The support is adjustable according to the type of bale.

The chain conveyor feeds the bale towards the milling rotor, feeding speed is adjustable. The milling rotor is equipped with multiple teeth that tear open the straw bale. The separated straw is ejected.
