GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS

Our machine is equipped with high-resolution Japanese Panasonic servo motors. The axis rotating the workpiece features direct drive and is powered by a 5 kW servo motor at 4500 rpm. All axes use precision ball screws and nuts. Workpiece length is set with a single rotary knob for quick adjustments, saving time and ensuring long-term linearity of tailstocks. The controller allows for remote operation. TPA control system provides high operator convenience with advanced job sequencing, detailed reporting, and 3D workpiece status display.

Frame Construction
Reinforced, vibration-free, and stable frame design ensures precision over long production cycles and reliable machining performance. The robust structural concept guarantees operational accuracy.

Axis Movement
All axes are servo-driven for high-speed, accurate acceleration. Premium precision rails, carriages, and racks eliminate the impact of even the smallest vibrations on axis motion.

Central automatic lubrication unit

Automatic Tool Measuring Unit
This unit automatically measures the length of the cutting tool at the spindle motor and ensures correct machining to exact dimensions on the Z-axis. Measurement data is stored in the controller, eliminating manual data entry when changing tools.

TPA Control Unit
The TPA control unit features a Windows-based industrial computer, ensuring reliable operation even under tough industrial conditions.
