Machine operation:
The automatic core cutter enables cutting of your paper cores while the operator can attend to other tasks. Core length, dimensions, and quantity to be cut are entered via the control panel. The core magazine is then loaded with 2 m long cores, and pressing the start button initiates the job, which is subsequently executed autonomously, without operator intervention or supervision.
This significantly reduces the number of different core sizes needing to be kept in inventory, saving storage space and costs.

Our automatic core cutter features a Bosch Rexroth 4-axis servo drive. With a modest investment, all requirements of small- and medium-sized businesses are met.
Custom software requirements can generally be accommodated. Production orders can be entered via USB stick or manually through the control panel. Orders can be saved and repeated as needed.
For optimal service, the machine is equipped with an Ethernet port for diagnostics and rapid troubleshooting.
The machine is supplied with a set of core adapters; additional adapter sizes can be delivered on request. Diameter format changes require the operator to apply the appropriate settings via the control panel.
