The FC120 ZK grinding machine has been designed to ensure easy operation when grinding or polishing square tubes and flat profiles.

This machine processes workpieces up to 120 mm in width via three possible abrasive belt and brush head combinations.

The FC120 ZK combines an abrasive belt head (Z) with a brush head (K).

Abrasive Belt Head:
For reworking the surface during the grinding process of square tubes and flat profiles – removes coarse defects and burrs.

Brush Head:
Finishing after grinding – imparts a soft and uniform surface finish.

The FC120 ZK delivers consistently high-quality processing of stainless steel square tubes and flat profiles – tube by tube.

Abrasive Belt Change:
Abrasive belts can be changed within seconds without the need for tools.
