The machine has been serviced annually under a maintenance contract with Okuma.

In 2023, the drag chain of the W axis including all hoses was replaced.
In October 2024, linear guides X/Y/Z were replaced.
Work carried out by Okuma:
- Machine cleaned
- Sheet metal panels and covers disassembled
- 8th axis removed
- Column dismantled and lifted out of the machine
- ATC (automatic tool changer) removed and lifted out
- All linear guides removed
- Mounting surfaces of ZA axis cleaned
- New linear guide ZA including carriages fitted and torqued to specification
- New ball screw ZA including bearing assembly installed
- Baseplate of the column installed and fastened using specified torques, bolted to the carriages accordingly. Lubrication lines connected.
- ATC and attachments installed and connected
- New linear guides YA and XA installed and torqued accordingly. New ball screw YA including bearing installed
- Column installed and lubrication lines connected. XA baseplate positioned and aligned
- 8th axis installed and aligned
- H1 turret installed
- Drive motor for 8th axis installed
- Installation of 8th axis and new H1, geometry set
- Function test 8th axis and H1
- Run-in program for B-axis approx. 12 hours, then drain old oil from 8th axis
- Run-in program for H1 and defect report for OEG created
- Left door mounted, various sheet metal parts adjusted
- Chuck mounted
