2 pieces of high-performance blasting wheels Ø380, 11 kW. Our blasting wheel stands out due to its high flexibility thanks to its reversible clockwise and counterclockwise operation. Our double-disc turbine enables a stronger, more concentrated hotspot and more efficient blasting. Replacing the 8 throwing blades and the inner lining is simple and possible without special tools, and does not require disassembling the turbine wheel. All wear parts are made from high-quality materials to ensure long service life. A mechanical pre-acceleration of the blasting media ensures optimal utilization of the applied energy. It truly forms the heart of the blasting system: the efficiency and overall economy of the shot blasting machine are decisively influenced by the blasting wheel's performance. The blasting wheel is directly driven and, depending on the diameter, equipped with 4 to 8 blades (Ø240: 4 pcs, Ø380-500: 8 pcs).
