Abrasive media recovery via sweep pit with bucket elevator, upgradeable to a cross screw conveyor with metering hood across the full width as a sweep pit or complete flat conveyor floor.

Workpiece transport can be retrofitted: blasting trolley with rail bed, crane system, roof crane opening, etc.

For glass bead blasting of stainless steel, it can be upgraded with a suitable magnetic drawer or electrically driven magnetic drum separator.

For blasting with two different abrasives (ferrous and mineral), upgradable with a magnetic drum separator, final demagnetizing stage, and a second air classifier for abrasive separation and cleaning.

Safety equipment includes: emergency lighting battery, emergency stop switches inside the cabin and outside, viewing window to the blasting chamber, gate/door limit switch, dead man’s control, quick venting of the pressure vessel.
