Blasting Media Conveyor Screw 5m with Dosing Hood for installation as a transverse conveyor screw to the bucket elevator at the end of the hall (insertion of blasting media across the entire width of the hall using a forklift).
- 5m + discharge to the bucket elevator, full-blade screw Ø250mm with 5mm thick screw flights.
- Can be used as a blasting media storage hopper. The blasting system automatically replenishes media as needed via a level sensor.
- Depending on installation depth, allows blasting for up to 24 hours without hall cleaning.
- Hall can be cleaned in 10 minutes with a forklift or wheel loader.
- Very low maintenance and repair costs compared to a complete conveyor floor.
