During the overhaul, more than 70% of the machine was disassembled. All relevant wear parts were carefully inspected and replaced as necessary, including, among others, ball rollers and drive spindles. This was followed by a full geometric measurement, alignment, and additional inspection using a laser measurement system. The machine bed and entire base were thoroughly cleaned. All pumps were disassembled, cleaned, and overhauled. All hoses, including hydraulic and pneumatic hoses, were completely replaced. Additionally, the machine was entirely repainted, presenting itself in an excellent visual condition. The generator and control system were cleaned and technically inspected. The generator’s cooling unit was also cleaned to guarantee reliable cooling and stable operation. Finally, the machine underwent a comprehensive EDM test in accordance with OPS Ingersoll’s quality and testing standards. The machine is immediately available and ideally suited for reliable production use.
