Completely Refurbished OPS Ingersoll Gantry 800 Eagle Die Sinking EDM – In Excellent Technical and Optical Condition

The machine has been extensively and professionally overhauled in-house and is in excellent condition both technically and visually.

During the refurbishment, more than 70% of the machine was dismantled. All critical wear parts were carefully inspected and replaced as needed, including ball guides and drive spindles. The machine then underwent a complete geometric measurement, alignment, and an additional laser measurement inspection.

The machine base and entire foundation were thoroughly cleaned. All pumps were disassembled, cleaned, and overhauled. All hoses, including hydraulic and pneumatic lines, have been completely renewed.

Additionally, the machine has been newly painted and is visually in an excellent, well-maintained condition.

The generator and control system were cleaned and technically inspected. The generator’s cooling unit was also cleaned to ensure reliable cooling and stable operation.

Lastly, the machine passed an extensive EDM test in accordance with OPS Ingersoll’s quality and inspection standards.

The machine is immediately ready for use and ideally suited for reliable production operations.
