Operation
Thanks to the revolutionary welding system, any operator can achieve good results after brief training. The cable allows the welder to work freely at multiple locations without moving the unit. The small heat-affected zone prevents excessive distortion. The weld seam is applied quickly and efficiently, resulting in a correct and robust weld connection.

Design
The welding gun cable provides great freedom of movement and facilitates welding in various positions. The integrated controller with a large, clear display is intuitive to use. The device is equipped with a powerful cooling system, allowing it to be used under harsh conditions in three-shift operations.

Operating principle
The laser welder melts both the welding wire and the edges of the workpieces using laser heat. The beam is focused and directed toward the welding wire, which is fed continuously, and the joint area. When the trigger is pressed, the welding gun must be moved along the welding seam at the feed rate. A constant operating temperature for both the beam source and gun is maintained by a water-circulating cooling system. The beam power and cooling are regulated by a controller, which adjusts the values according to user parameters.
