Operation:
Thanks to its revolutionary welding system, every operator can achieve good results after brief training. The cable allows the welder to work freely at several points without moving the unit. The small heat-affected zone prevents excessive distortion. The weld seam is produced very quickly and efficiently, resulting in a correct and robust weld joint.

Design:
The gun cable provides a high degree of mobility and makes welding in various positions easier. The integrated controller with a large, clear display is intuitive to use. The machine features a powerful cooling system that allows operation under harsh conditions and around-the-clock use in three-shift work.

Operating principle:
The laser welding device melts the welding wire and the edges of the workpieces being joined using laser heat. The beam is focused and directed towards the welding wire, guided by the feeder, and the joint area. When the trigger is pressed, the welding gun must be moved along the seam at the wire feed speed. A constant operating temperature for the beam source and gun is maintained by a water-cooling system. The beam output and cooling are managed by a controller, which adjusts values according to the user’s parameters.
