Take part in a live demonstration, where a qualified Otinus technician will present the full capabilities of the machine. You may provide drawings and sample materials.

A 2-day operator training and commissioning
- Day 1 (up to 8 hours): commissioning and control system training
- Day 2 (up to 8 hours): independent operation under the supervision of our technician – programming of specific parts possible
Telephone support from a specialist
- from 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. (Mon-Sat) – an 8-hour package to be used within 12 months
Complimentary loan of transport rollers and two jack lifts for easy machine positioning at the customer’s site. Rollers and jacks are supplied upon prior request (at least 7 days before machine delivery).

Terms of cooperation
- 24-month warranty
- Delivery time: approx. 6-8 weeks.
This does not apply if the machine is marked as available from stock.

- Warranty and post-warranty service provided by the seller
- The customer is responsible for the machine during unloading and on-site transport.
