Control Unit “Otinus CNC OT-41”
The Otinus CNC controller features a user-friendly and intuitive menu. The software automatically calculates the bending angle. The large, colorful touch display remains readable from all viewing angles.
The control unit can store up to 2,000 programs with up to 30 steps each.

Hydraulic Steel Connections
Hydraulic connections are made from steel pipes instead of rubber hoses, reducing the risk of future leaks.

We place special emphasis on the safety of our customers and their employees—which is why our press brakes feature visible markings, side covers, a rear safety gate, easily accessible safety switches, and a light barrier: all to prevent hands from entering between punch and die during operation.
The machine is delivered with a carefully prepared manual in German.
The device comes with a CE declaration of conformity.

OCS – Oil Cooling System
The Oil Cooling System ensures stable machine performance, even during extended periods of continuous operation.

We ensure ongoing communication with our customers. For this reason, with each machine purchase we include a package of hours for the support of an Otinus specialist.
As part of this service, our specialist can:
- Define bending steps for complex workpieces,
- Advise on material and tooling selection,
- Assist in choosing operating parameters for different materials.

Technical Consulting
Our specialists can help select the appropriate machine and accessories before purchase—based on the technical drawings of the parts to be manufactured.

Two-day training and machine installation
- Day 1, up to 8 hours: Installation and instruction on the control unit.
- Day 2, up to 8 hours: Independent work on the machine under the supervision of our technician → possibility to program specific details required by the customer.

From 7:30 to 21:00 (Mon–Sat) – 8 hours of support (to be used within 12 months)

Collaboration Terms
The customer assumes responsibility for the machine once it is unloaded and transported on the customer's premises.
