Visit and Test Our Machines
Take part in a dedicated demonstration presented by a qualified Otinus technician to showcase all machine functions. You are welcome to provide technical drawings and sample materials.

Scope of Delivery:
A 2-day operator training and commissioning package
- Day 1 (up to 8 hrs): Commissioning and controller training
- Day 2 (up to 8 hrs): Independent operation under technician supervision – with programming of specific components if desired
Telephone consultation by a specialist
- Available 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. (Mon–Sat) – an 8-hour package, to be used within 12 months.
Free loan of transportation rollers and two lifting jacks to facilitate machine installation on site. Rollers and jacks must be requested at least 7 days before scheduled delivery.

Terms of Cooperation
- 24-month warranty period
- Delivery time: approx. 6–8 weeks.
Does not apply if the machine is marked as available from stock.

- Warranty and post-warranty service provided by the seller
- Responsibility for the machine during unloading and on-site transport lies with the customer.
