We ensure ongoing communication with our customers. Therefore, each machine purchase includes a support package—technical assistance hours provided by Otinus technicians.

Visit and Test Our Machines
Participate in an exclusive demonstration, where a qualified Otinus technician showcases the full functionality of the machine. You can bring your own technical drawings and sample materials.

Included with the Machine:
- Two-day operator training and commissioning
- Day 1 (up to 8 hours) – commissioning and control system training.
- Day 2 (up to 8 hours) – independent operation under supervision; opportunity for programming specific parts.
- Telephone support by a specialist
- from 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. (Mon-Sat); an 8-hour package, to be used within 12 months.
- Free rental of transport rollers and two jacks for easier on-site machine installation. Rollers and jacks will be delivered upon advance request (at least 7 days prior to machine delivery).

Terms of Cooperation
- 24-month warranty period.
- Delivery time: approx. 6-8 weeks.
