The machine is equipped with:
RMV-40 – Automatic edge magazine, edge thickness 0.4–3 mm, trimming shears with roller and optical sensor, shortens the edge length on the workpiece (saves edging material).
Automatic edge reservoir with optical monitoring of individual edge strips in fixed lengths.
Combi Melt – edging zone, compatible with EVA and PUR hot-melt adhesives as well as all standard cleaning granules.

Machine control:
Via a 15" color touch monitor, any number of sequentially stored programs for operation, complete preselection of processing units as well as working parameters for the combimelt gluing system for full automation and highest operating comfort.
Electronic control – position sensors with high accuracy +/- 1 mm.
Via Beckhoff industrial PC, some units can be adjusted during production.

Working units:
- F – Pre-milling:
For pre-milling of workpieces before glue application,
2 HF motors 1.5 kW, clockwise and counterclockwise, automatically controlled
- Kc – Double end trimming unit:
With 2 high-frequency motors 0.3 kW, 12,000 rpm
- Bfc – Rough milling unit
For rough machining of solid edging and preliminary radius milling
- Hft – Fine radius milling unit
With 2 high-frequency motors 0.3 kW, 12,000 rpm,
double-sided, automatically adjustable
- AKF – Automated copying milling unit as a universal milling aggregate:
With two separate spindles for top and bottom longitudinal as well as corner processing. Automatic conversion from beveling of thin edges up to 1 mm to radius profiling.
- ZKc – Scraper unit R2
Double-sided processing, automatic control, for smoothing rounded
- FZK – Surface scraper for cleaning the edge and excess glue
- GE – Second guiding station for workpieces (can be folded away or towards the machine)
- GS – Spray application of glide fluid onto the edge
- RS Set – With 4-fold chemical spraying and cleaning unit
- ZKc – Scraper unit R1
- WE – Angular stop, for precise guiding into the edgebander

Reliable machine in excellent condition with regular service by OTT (Asamer s.r.o.). The machine is currently in full production, testing possible – PUR gluing in operation. Available for collection end of 2025.
