Our skyLaser Mark systems are used exactly where conventional CO2 laser technology reaches its limits. The fiber laser, operating at a wavelength of 1064 nm, enables the realization of extremely fine structures in almost any material. Unlike conventional milling processes, the laser works contact-free, without mechanical force and without tool wear. The benefits for your application include geometric flexibility and high processing precision. This machining method can be used regardless of the hardness of the workpiece. The system’s mobility and the customisable worktable significantly increase flexibility. You can easily integrate the system into your production line, or operate it as a stand-alone solution. Our skyLaser Mark delivers extremely precise and permanent markings (laser engraving) and is specifically suitable for laser applications in metal processing as well as selected organic materials.

A wide variety of fonts can be used, and applying barcodes, serial numbers, logos, and images is effortless. Thanks to the excellent resolution, virtually any marking requirement can be fulfilled. Manufacturing of embossing dies, engravings, labelling, and complex fine structures is possible, and the software is extremely user-friendly. Even highly complex and demanding marking tasks can be easily programmed with the included industrial PC. Exact positioning is quick and simple, assisted by the optional observation camera for process monitoring and software-supported workpiece alignment.

The system has minimal wear parts and, thanks to IPG laser technology, is virtually maintenance-free, making it ideal for industrial use and continuous operation.
