Description
The hydraulically operated and extremely robust stack cutter from PFI (practically identical in construction to the DUPLO 490) offers high performance and precision cuts for the on-demand market. This stack cutter has been manufactured to the highest quality standards, providing high-speed cuts up to a width of 490 mm and stack heights of up to 70 mm. Safety light barriers protect the operator during use, ensuring that no accidents occur and preventing cutting if objects are within the cutting field. In addition, activation requires two buttons, operating with both hands so that no hand remains on the table during cutting. First, set your cutting specifications via the user-friendly control panel. The back gauge positions itself using the motorized drive and digital display and can be finely adjusted with a handwheel. An illuminated cutting line shows exactly where the blade will cut. The foot pedal at the front of the machine clamps the paper stack.

The system was in daily production until recently and is being sold due to a switch to a wider machine. Testing is possible at any time.
The machine was completely overhauled hydraulically and electrically two years ago (approx. €4,000 invested and is practically as new) and is in perfect condition. Since this system has virtually no electronics (apart from the size display, which is minimal) and the control operates with plug-in relays, it is practically indestructible. Various spare parts such as relays, limit switches, etc. are included in case they need replacement at some point.
