Condition Description:
The cross roller bearing on the Carnaghi was replaced about half a year ago.

Also, the Siemens components in the control cabinet were completely renewed at the end of 2023.
Furthermore, the machine is equipped with a probe for tool measurement and an external Renishaw probe for workpiece measurement. As a special feature, the machine has an additional probe on the Z axis (Z1 axis) installed. This offers an accuracy and time advantage, as the tool does not need to be removed for measurement. However, it is currently deactivated and should be overhauled when recommissioned.
Additionally, the machine features a Rotomors six-jaw compensating chuck with centrifugal force compensation, which underwent complete overhaul in 2020/21.
