Special features:
Pallet changer with two stations: one equipped with a faceplate Ø1800 mm and one six-jaw compensating chuck with mechanical centrifugal force compensation Ø1800 mm.

The machine is installed in a pit.

Condition description:
Approximately six months ago, the cross roller bearing on the Carnaghi was replaced.
All Siemens components in the control cabinet were completely renewed at the end of 2023.
Furthermore, the machine is equipped with a tool measurement probe and an external Renishaw probe for workpiece measurement. As a special feature, the machine also has a probe mounted on the Z-axis (Z1 axis). This provides an accuracy and time-saving advantage, as the tool does not have to be removed for measurement. However, this probe is currently deactivated and should be overhauled before recommissioning.
In addition, the machine features a Rotomors six-jaw compensating chuck with centrifugal force compensation, which was fully overhauled in 2020/21.
