Additional Information
Used CNC vertical turning lathe for turning, drilling, and milling operations.
The machine was only commissioned in 2011 and was carefully maintained by the previous owner.
It was sold due to a plant closure.

Special Features:
Pallet changer with two stations, equipped with a face plate Ø1800 mm and a six-jaw compensating chuck with mechanical centrifugal force compensation Ø1800 mm.

The machine is set up in a pit.

Condition Description:
About half a year ago, the cross roller bearing of the Carnaghi was replaced.
All Siemens components in the control cabinet were completely renewed at the end of 2023.
The machine also features a measuring probe for tool measurement and an external Renishaw probe for workpiece measurement.
As a special feature, the machine is equipped with a measuring probe on the Z-axis (Z1 axis), providing advantages in accuracy and time since the tool does not need to be removed for measurement. However, this probe is currently deactivated and should be overhauled if reactivated.
Furthermore, the machine has a Rotomors six-jaw compensating chuck with centrifugal force compensation, which was completely overhauled in 2020/21.
