Stav: nový, Rok výroby: 2025, Funkcionalita: plne funkčný, sacia kapacita: 1 100 m³/h, Welding fume extraction, dust extraction, self-cleaning, pneumatic and equipped with a vacuum filter. The unit is designed for extraction and filtration of dry dust generated during welding, grinding, polishing, casting, and cutting of metals and plastics. It features a three-stage filtration system with integrated main filter element regeneration. Contaminated air is cleaned by a metal pre-filter (spark arrester), a main filter cartridge, and an exhaust filter made of activated carbon-impregnated nonwoven fabric. The main filter element is regenerated using a dedicated 10-liter compressed air tank for cleaning the filter cartridge from accumulated contaminants. This device is recommended for applications requiring continuous extraction and filtration of airborne pollutants. For additional reach, extraction arms with a range of 3 or 4 m are recommended. The model shown (EC) offers the following features: - Fan with brushless EC motor and 0.78 kW inverter, sound insulated. - Next-generation advanced EC motor – energy efficient, precise speed control, and quiet operation. - Reliable induction motor – durable and dependable, ensuring high performance and trouble-free operation even under demanding conditions. - Maximum capacity: 1100 m³/h - Automatic filter cartridge cleaning - Self-supporting extraction arm (L = 3.0 m, d = 160 mm, hood 315 mm) - Three filtration stages: • Coarse pre-filter (30% metal, G2) • Main cartridge filter with 99% separation efficiency for particles ≥ 0.5 µm • Coarse exhaust filter (70% activated carbon, G4) - PTFE membrane filter (filter class F9) - Coarse dust container below the pre-filter - Grid and dust container below the main filter - Welded steel housing with powder coating - Noise level: 64 dB(A) Crodenabuzopfx Alnsh - Various configurations available to meet customer requirements. Areas of application: - Welding shops - Metal processing industry - Grinding and polishing stations - Plastics processing and machining This unit is ideal for areas requiring constant and effective air filtration of dry dust.
