Fiber Cut laser cutting machines are a revolutionary solution in the laser cutting market. CONSTRUCTION
The frame of our laser has been designed and manufactured from scratch in our factory. The high-quality steel used in the machine's production is cut, welded, and then subjected to precision machining. The entire frame, gantry, and gantry arms feature additional ribbing to ensure high rigidity and eliminate vibrations and deformations.

DRIVES
Our machines are driven by Schneider high-resolution, high-power AC servo systems (Y1Y2 x 2000W, x 1500W, z 400W), providing appropriate acceleration and speed in each direction. The drive is transmitted through high-grade planetary gearboxes. The X and Y axes utilize proven helical racks, ensuring long durability and high precision.

CUTTING HEAD
Sheet metal is cut using a WSX liquid-cooled head. High-grade quartz glass lenses focus the laser beam on the workpiece for maximum cutting accuracy. To ensure proper operation, the HSU system adjusts the height of the cutting head in response to material irregularities. The protective window between the nozzle and the lens safeguards the lens assembly from molten metal splatter.

LASER SOURCE
The machine features a Raycus laser light source, known for high electro-optical conversion efficiency, low energy consumption, and superior beam quality. This allows for faster and more effective operation and helps minimize operator errors. The source is also resistant to back reflection, preventing laser beam return. Excellent power stability ensures efficient operation with low energy use.

COOLING

Industrial dual-temperature S&A CWFL chillers are specifically designed for cooling fiber lasers. They include multiple alarm functions: compressor time-delay protection, compressor overcurrent protection, water flow alarm, and high/low-temperature alarms.

EXCHANGEABLE WORK TABLE
The rear-mounted exchangeable work table minimizes laser downtime. Automatic table changeover takes only 10 seconds. This feature allows the operator to unload cut parts and load new sheet metal while the laser continues working on the alternate table, ensuring exceptionally smooth production flow.

AUTOMATIC LUBRICATION SYSTEM
To keep the machine in optimal condition, racks and guides must be lubricated every few days. The automatic system schedules lubrication at set intervals and in the appropriate quantity, with all parameters managed via the software.
