- Welds are made using appropriate stainless steel TIG welding

b) Heating
- 2-inch stainless steel pipe
- Oil inlet and outlet pipes are 1 inch DN50, PN16, DIN 2633
- Leak test is conducted at 6 bar pressure

c) Mixing system
- 3 kW mixer motor, 60 rpm
- Driven by sprocket wheels
- Sealing is ensured with packing
- Bearings are SKF or FAG
- Fixed vanes are mounted on the outer walls to improve dispersion and ensure a homogeneous structure

d) Temperature indicators are both digital and analog and provide two outputs

- The capacity of the bitumen pump is max. 8 m³/h
- Coupled with a 7.5 kW reduction gear motor at 400 rpm
- The bitumen flow meter system has a capacity of 10 m³/h

a) Pipes
- Made of steel pipes to DIN 171175 (DN200, DN150, DN100, DN80, DN65, DN25)
- The mill line is made as 1.5-inch internal pipe and 2-inch external jacket pipe
- Jacketed pipes are welded according to TSE standards
- Cross-over pipes are made in suitable locations at 0.5 inch

b) Expansion joints
- DN 50, DN 80, PN 16, 200°C

c) 3-way and 2-way valves with heating
- Comply with TSE standards
- Operate under high pressure (16 bar) and high temperature (230°C)

d) Hot oil valves
- KLINGER or THERMO branded hot oil valves, heat-resistant
- Will be DN 25 PN16, DN65 PN16, DN50 PN16

e) Filter
- 3 mm wire inner container, designed for frequent and easy cleaning

- The panel is compiled in accordance with IC standards.
