2. VERTICAL MIXING TANK
Frame:
- Manufactured as a vertical rectangular profile.
- Built to dimensions with a capacity of 11 m³.
- Body made from 5 mm thick St37-grade plate.
- Bitumen filling pipe: 3" DN80, PN16, DIN2633, 1 unit; outlet pipe: 3" DN150, PN16, DIN2633, and 3" DN80, PN16, DIN 2633, 2 units.
- Inspection cover: 500 x 500 mm.

b) Heating
- Equipped with external diathermic hot oil heating.
- Leak test conducted at not less than 6 bar.

c) Insulation
- 100 mm quick wire mesh rock wool as per TSE (Turkish Standards Institute) standards.
- Exterior casing made of stainless steel, manufactured according to tank dimensions.

d) Mixing system
- 2x 7.5 kW mixing motors, 60 rpm
- Chain drive
- Sealing for leakage at shaft
- Bearings from SKF or FAG
- Fixed paddles mounted on the outer walls to provide improved dispersion and a homogenous structure

e) Temperature displays are digital and analog; two outputs available.
