Manually controlled: tool slide rotary table (B and E axes),
tool slide vertical adjustment (V and Y axes), tool head tilt
(A and D axes), each with encoder for digital readout in the controller.
• Hydraulically actuated workpiece clamping device in conjunction with an
automatic loading system via workpiece feed/conveyor and swivel loader, including
air system monitoring for the workpiece.
• Coolant system with chip conveyor, sound enclosure,
central lubrication, integrated hydraulic system, pneumatically controlled safety doors,
deburring unit, etc.
The machine operates using the hobbing principle with electronically synchronized
tool and workpiece axes for the machining of straight chamfer forms,
both symmetrical and asymmetrical. Distinguished by high productivity and accuracy.
Condition: good to very good – soon available for power-on demonstration
