Condition of the Baler:
The machine has been partially overhauled and serviced in our workshop. Following completion, it was tested in ongoing operation, both in manual and automatic mode.

The following refurbishment work was carried out:
- Machine cleaned, partially derusted, and partially repainted
- Hydraulic oil tank drained and cleaned
- Oil and air filters replaced, new hydraulic oil filled
- Press ram dismantled and cleaned
- All four running rollers on the press ram dismantled and replaced
- Wire station with diverter pulleys for lower wire cleaned and made operational
- Press ram side guides removed, smoothed, remounted, and newly adjusted
- Main hydraulic cylinder dismantled and disassembled for inspection
- Piston rod replaced, cylinder barrel honed
- Complete seal set replaced, pressure test carried out
- Hydraulic hose of the main hydraulic cylinder replaced
- Vertical and horizontal needle systems for tying dismantled, cleaned, wire direction pulleys serviced
- Chain cleaned, lubricated, and tension readjusted
- Drillomat cleaned, wire cutters, driller shafts and driller fingers checked, tightened to the specified torque and serviced
- Door contact switch checked and partially replaced
- Emergency stop switch tested
- Complete electrical wiring checked and partially renewed
- Bearings of the wire guide rollers under the baler replaced
- New safety guards for vertical and horizontal tying manufactured and installed
- Machine inspected, general maintenance performed, and tested in both manual and automatic modes

Scope of delivery:
Only the baler itself is offered for sale.

All documentation (operation manual, CE declaration, electrical/hydraulic circuit diagram) is complete. Inspection possible by appointment. No liability is assumed for technical specifications or possible errors.
