Fully Automatic Sawing and Punching Machine for Aluminium and Plastic Profiles

The Profilma 502 ST-V combines precise sawing and punching in a seamless, automated production process. Based on the proven Profilma 502 model, this machine is ideal for high production volumes, complex machining operations, and processing of profile bundles.

The machine is controlled via a Siemens S7 system with touch display, piece counter, cycle time display, and integrated fault diagnostics. An IXON router enables secure remote access via VPN. Up to 10 punching dimensions can be programmed per job.

Punching Unit:

- Vertical hydraulic punch (discharge side) with automatic oil cooling

- Double-stroke cycle time: 2–3 seconds
- Punch slug ejection into the frame
- Conveyor belt 250 × 800 mm for part removal

- 2 pneumatic clamping cylinders (vertical, pressure-reduced)
- 3 chip extraction ports Ø 100 mm, floating contact for extraction control
- Minimum quantity lubrication unit with 2 x 3-litre tanks and fill level indicator
- Noise protection package: sound-insulated hood and saw blade guard
- Roller conveyor (740 mm) with entry protection on the feed side
- Robust stationary frame, working height: 960 mm
- Manually opening safety hood
- Saw blade housing below table surface
