Punching unit: Features a hydraulic punching unit on the cutoff side with a punching force of 250 kN. The punching direction is vertical from above, with die cassette systems allowing simultaneous processing of up to 8 profiles.
Material feed: Material is fed by a ball screw spindle and a servomotor, offering a maximum feed length of 400 mm per single stroke.
Control: Modern versions typically use a Siemens S7 PLC with touch display for intuitive operation and precise programming.
