Manual segmented folding machine, 2 meters working width

The SGR model is equipped with segmented bending tools on all three clamping beams: upper beam, lower beam, and bending beam. This allows sheet metal to be bent on all sides and, for example, complex box shapes or workpieces with upward and downward bending flanges to be produced.

Highly versatile, powerful, heavy-duty, and extremely robust segmented folding machine – this is not a typical folding machine – it is much stronger and sturdier.

A segmented folding machine is characterized by full segmentation along the entire working length of 2 meters. The upper and lower segments can be easily and quickly removed, and the bending beam is also divided into segments. The bending angle ranges from 0 to 160 degrees. Clamping is operated by foot pedal, leaving your hands free for precise positioning of the sheet – opening and closing is done via foot control. The bending beam is equipped with two gas struts, making operation with the bending beam incredibly easy.

At the rear of the machine, there are two practical toolboxes for segments or tools.
