TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS:
It is possible to use stainless materials such as V2A 304ss or V4A 316ss, depending on the preferred surface treatment. The side walls of the tank are insulated with 50 mm glass wool. Tanks that require heating can be equipped with either a coil heater or an electric heater. Temperature control is digital, with accompanying monitoring. If required, an air mixing device can be added to the tanks. Stainless steel ball valves are used for drainage.

OPERATING PRINCIPLE:
The process is based on surface cleaning and treatment. The material to be cleaned is placed in baskets, which are then immersed using a crane in tanks filled with chemicals and/or water, where it remains for a specified period. The goal is to remove existing oil layers from the metal surface and to create a thin protective film, making the material more suitable for painting and more resistant to external factors.

FIELDS OF APPLICATION AND ADVANTAGES:
The automotive sector, white goods sector, lighting sector, and general mechanical engineering are ideal for this system, especially in cases where continuous production is not required, a consistent and high quality is desired with reduced manpower, or alternative solutions are not available due to material shape or size, or where very high capacities are not necessary.
Chemical and temperature parameters can be monitored and regulated through optional automation.

APPLICATION:
Immersion-type surface cleaning applications vary according to the preferences and required specifications of each sector.

As demonstrated by these two main applications:
- Iron phosphate surface treatment
- Zinc phosphate surface treatment

In addition, cleaning and degreasing applications only are also possible.

DRYING OVEN:
Generally, the operating principle of drying ovens, used as the final step in immersion-type surface cleaning equipment, is similar to that of box ovens. However, to be suitable for immersion-type surface cleaning lines, the oven lid components are arranged at the top, and the cleaned parts are dried in the same basket. This drying system allows the cleaned parts to enter the drying oven and, after drying, to be ready for painting.
