✅The Multi-Treat spray pre-treatment machine is used for the surface treatment of materials to be painted. It enables process-dependent use of up to 8 different chemicals with a variable number of tanks. All tanks are made from 316 stainless steel and are insulated.
Depending on the process steps, the number of tanks and heated tanks is defined.

✅Tank heating is provided by gas heat exchangers. All processes can be monitored, and the times and temperatures set via the PLC touchscreen.

✅Any faults in the system can be observed at the control panel. Automatic float switches are installed in the tanks; the system automatically stops if there is not enough water or chemicals in the tanks, and the liquid level is automatically balanced by transferring fluids between tanks, ensuring operational safety.

✅A collection tray is installed under all tanks, made from 316 stainless steel. The tanks are manufactured from 2 mm 316 stainless steel, penetration-tested, argon welded, and sealed. Strainers in the tanks prevent debris from reaching the pumps.
The interior of the cabin consists of sandwich elements made of stainless steel 304; the exterior is powder-coated sheet metal.

✅The panel thickness is 80 mm. The panels consist of stainless steel filled with polyurethane. PPT ring pipes and nozzles ensure a long service life.

✅A steam extraction blower prevents steam diffusion into the work area. The washing system doors are sealed with silicone gaskets for a container-like seal.
The movable wash platform travels back and forth in the cabin to wash the materials. Hoses are supported by a mobile carrier system. Each process has its own dedicated pump, plus a waste pump to drain fluids from the tanks, which connects to the chemical discharge tank.

✅Each process is equipped with manual application guns. The system features a manual mode for pre-treatment. Drip-off time and process time can be set via the PLC control panel. Drip-off time applies to manual operations.
