PROTON-equipment provides the ideal solution for the recovery and transport of explosive media, powders, plastic pellets, grains, sands, aggregates, and other bulk materials, both for cleaning and material transfer applications.

The primary industries utilizing our equipment include shot blasting companies, shipyards, tank cleaning companies, steel mills and foundries, power plants, cement industry, chemical industry, among others.

Dust suspended in the air is collected by a vacuum unit, and material inside the stock silo is collected by its separator.

Particularly in inaccessible or enclosed areas such as storage tanks, box girder constructions, tank installations at shipyards, etc., this equipment provides significant savings in time and manpower. A PROTON vacuum system reduces costs by shortening cleaning cycles and by recovering valuable materials. This versatile vacuum system can handle any material that can be conveyed through a hose.

With its long reach and powerful suction, PROTON cleans tanks and pipes thoroughly. There are two types of storage silos available, cylindrical and square, with two levels each.

The cost-reduction capability of the VC Unit has been demonstrated hundreds of times. In fact, most VC units pay for themselves within less than three months through reduced labor costs and recovered material.

Units are available with a capacity of up to twelve tons per hour and a suction range of up to 100 m (330 ft), as well as motors rated from 7.5 kW to 90 kW (airflow from 3.98 m³/min to 72 m³/min).

The heart of the PROTON VC is a very robust AERZEN blower made in GERMANY.

All sets include the following equipment:
