2024 Deburring and Finishing Machine F200 XLDS with Magnetic Holder.

Suitable for deburring, edge rounding, slag removal and/or grinding of steel parts up to 200 mm width.

This is an F200 XLDS 4-station machine, Type TS, with touchscreen control.
Compared to the standard F200 XL, this machine is equipped with a slag roller for removing slag from plasma-cut products.

The F200 deburring machine is the finishing specialist for small workpieces.
Suitable for flat ferrous/magnetic sheet metal parts between 15 and 200 mm width. High-speed deburring, deslagging, grinding, and edge rounding.

This deburring machine features a slag roller ("slag hammer") as the first station. The second station is a grinding belt, followed by two stationary disc brushes, one rotating clockwise (CW) and the other counterclockwise (CCW).
Compared to other deburring machines, the F200 DS offers a very high processing speed and can achieve more edge rounding in a single pass.

The machine comes as standard with infinitely variable speed for the conveyor belt and the grinding and/or brush head(s), allowing every conceivable operation and finish to be achieved as required. You determine the desired finish. User-friendly operation via the HMI touchscreen on the front panel.

The magnetic system securely fixes the workpieces to the conveyor belt, enabling small parts (from 15 x 15 mm) to be processed safely, quickly, and reliably. There’s a good reason Q-Fin is convinced of offering a narrower machine for small parts and a wider machine for large parts. This F200 DS - MAG demonstration machine, year of manufacture 2023, is now available, optionally with a WES3000 wet extraction unit and matching piping. Only available until sold.

The machine comes with a 1-year warranty (excluding wear parts). Delivery ex works Bergeijk. On request, we can also supply the machine including transport, installation, and on-site operator training.
