Combination Turning Table for Timber Frame Construction - BS20

The Randek Combination Turning Table is an efficient tool for the production of prefabricated walls, roofs, floors, and gable structures with either timber or metal frames. The tables can be operated as standalone units or integrated into production lines. Absolutely square components of high quality are achieved through the clamping function. Erection and turning of the elements are carried out via a controlled, manually operated process. The combination turning table is designed for the manufacture of prefabricated houses, ensuring high productivity.

The adjustable range for component height is from 2.25 m to 3.10 m. The following table lengths are available: 6.0 m / 7.5 m / 9.0 m / 12.0 m. Wall thickness can vary between 80 and 250 mm.

Functions:
The combination turning table is designed for the efficient execution of the following work processes: production of frame structures, insertion of insulation materials, stapling of plastic or paper membranes, and application and nailing of wall claddings.

• Production of square elements: The pneumatic clamping mechanism on the longitudinal side of the fixed table presses the frame structure into a high-quality, precisely squared element.
• Automatic turning of the component, manually controlled
• Automatic erection of the components

• Both tables are, as far as technically possible, clad with plywood. The plywood cladding enables direct placement of sub-elements and beams onto the table surface.
