Integrated Tube Cutting Line – Standard Version

The integrated tube cutting line is a fully automated system for the precision processing of tubes and profiles. It combines cutting, brush deburring, washing, drying, measuring, and stacking in a continuous process. Within the system, all workpieces are 100% inspected for length, inner and outer diameter. Scrap parts are automatically ejected.

The bundle loading magazine is designed for tube lengths up to 9 m. The system enables damage-free separation and positioning of the tubes. After the cutting process, the workpieces are deburred, cleaned, and dried before being automatically stacked.
