- Coolant swivel system with actuated solenoid valve over swivel process (to turn on coolant before triggering the broaching stroke » visual inspection of lubrication flow, no dry cutting!)
- Routing of electrical wiring in protective steel conduits
- Heavy-duty control cabinet mount for accommodating machine components
- Additional oil-tight drip tray on the control cabinet
- 3-sided enclosed splash guard cabin (W=960 x D=450 x H=590 mm)
- Reinforced chip screen with magnetic catcher
- Operator panel made of stainless steel sheet with permanent marking
- 4 central lubrication points for the trapezoidal spindle drive

Note:
The machine is completely overhauled; the machine body has been fully reconditioned. All wear parts have been replaced.
- New trapezoidal spindles and spindle nuts made from cast wear-resistant bronze
- All bearings and seals have been renewed
- The coolant system (pump, solenoid valve, and drain cock) incl. coolant-lubricant swivel system is new
- The clamping jaws are new
- The complete electrics (control cabinet) are new
- All sheet metal parts and enclosures are new
- The following components have been refurbished and reused:
- Machine base
- Machine frame
- Machine table with table insert
- Traversing beam (clamping jaws are new)
- Gear wheels
- Electric motor (new brake, new bearings)

The machine is stored at our premises and can be inspected under power.
