Remarks:
The machine is completely overhauled; the machine body has been fully reconditioned. The following wear parts have been replaced:
- New trapezoidal spindles and spindle nuts made of cast wear-resistant bronze
- All bearings and seals have been renewed
The coolant system (pump, check valve, and drain valve), including the coolant/lubrication swivel system, is new
- The coolant supply is controlled by a solenoid valve, which can be operated via the swivel system
- The pull bridge, clamping jaws, and rack segments are new
- Switchable clamping jaw safety circuit installed (extra operator/tool breakage protection)
- Safety door with interlock, signal indicator, and door lock
- Tool length adjustment system relocated outside the machine area
- Additional end-position limit switches installed
- Complete new electrical system (control cabinet)
- No PLC installed; the machine is electrically maintenance-friendly
- New drive motor (by SEW Germany) with brake
- Machine repainted with new 2-component structural paint

General Information
The twin spindle drive ensures a steady and centralized pulling point as well as constant broaching speed (speed selectable: 3 m/min or 6 m/min).
By design, the machine can be quickly and easily set up for broaching using flat broaching tools for keyway slots.
Thanks to the universally designed structure of the pull bridge and machine table, broaching with both profile and flat broaching tools is possible without the use of additional pull heads.
