This water-cooled laser is particularly suitable for applications requiring high heat input into the workpiece due to its high output power. Typical uses include welding metals or plastics, cutting, material removal, or surface structuring. With the optional use of a 2D galvo scanner, the laser beam can also be software-controlled over the workpiece. The laser can be modulated both digitally and analogously (for power settings) and can be operated and monitored via control software.

The images show a setup with a galvo scanner. Optionally, the system can also be equipped with a welding head or cutting head. By installing side panels and a front door with a laser safety window (all parts included), laser class 1 can be achieved. The working area is height-adjustable via an electrically controlled Z-axis.

The laser unit is prepared for integration into a higher-level system but can also be used as a stand-alone system. For integration, interfaces for interlock, emergency stop, external laser control, etc. are available. Optionally, individual system components can also be integrated into the customer’s equipment. We are happy to offer support in accordance with the customer’s requirements.
