Automatic cutting of battens, planks, and squared timber for single-item and series production.

The operator loads independently of the machine cycle. The pawls and the infinitely adjustable end stop serve as alignment aids during loading. The unit can accommodate up to two workpieces (or workpiece bundles), while a third workpiece (or bundle) is being processed. The unit automatically transfers the workpieces (or bundles) to the crosscut saw. This results in continuous feeding and a performance increase of up to 30% (practical value). The feeding system is equipped with a stable 3/4" chain. All good parts are immediately pushed laterally onto a discharge table after each cut. Different lengths are easily identified as all cut pieces are aligned flush on one side.
