The REMAV drum screening machine RS1500 is designed for space-saving screening and can separate larger quantities of screened material even in confined areas and deposit them via conveyor belts or stockpile.

As a road-approved trailer for passenger cars (up to 80 km/h) with TÜV certification and a total weight of 2.4 tonnes, it is easy to transport. It is ideal for processing all types of soil, crushed construction debris, or compost—making the RS 1500 the perfect choice for gardening and landscaping, civil engineering, or pipeline construction projects.

With the RS1500 recycling screen, we offer you a compact drum screen that requires very little space while being capable of separating significant amounts of material. A major advantage is that this drum screen is TÜV-approved as a car trailer compliant with 80 km/h road regulations, allowing highly flexible operation at different sites once you buy a drum screen.

This is especially valuable for use in civil engineering, pipeline construction, and landscaping. The compact drum screen itself weighs only 2.4 tonnes. For challenging soils, we recommend the compact screens KS220 and KS275.

With a total weight of 3.5 tonnes, these can also be conveniently transported to your construction sites, just like the smaller drum screen. Thanks to the hydraulic tipping grid, larger stones or clay lumps can be separated right at the beginning of the process. With appropriate mesh sizes, fine chippings can be screened as well. As a result, it provides valuable support for processing topsoil and recycling concrete, saving you considerable landfill costs when you invest in a drum screen.
