Scope of delivery:
1x Yaskawa Cobot HC10DTP with integrated robot controller (YRC1000), Profinet, and Smart Pendant (tablet programming device). Supplied fully assembled and ready for operation on the robot platform.
3x Inxpect radar sensors, preinstalled on the robot platform.
1x Raycus 2kw fiber laser with water cooling
1x Wire feeder for the following wire diameters: Ø0.8, 1.0, 1.2, and 1.6 mm supported
1x Ospri laser head LWD200, QBH connector, 75mm collimator, 200mm focal length, water-cooled, incl. CDD camera and monitor
1x Starter kit consisting of: 1x Univet laser safety glasses, 5x protective lenses, 5x replacement nozzles

Heavy-duty robot platform
The mobile robot platform is made from a robust welded steel construction (total weight: 250 kg) and is powder coated. This allows the robot to operate at 100% speed while remaining mobile and easy to position using a pallet truck.

Laser output: 1.5 kW – 2.0 kW – 3.0 kW RAYCUS RESONATOR

Example: With the 2.0 kW fiber laser source, it is possible to weld steel up to 6 mm, stainless steel up to 5 mm, and aluminum up to 4 mm.

The laser is a robust industrial unit with water cooling for 24/7 continuous operation.
