UDSA Gas Hot Air Generator – Efficient Peak Performance

The most well-known unit from REZNOR is the UDSA gas hot air generator, which ensures even air distribution in industrial halls. The easy-to-install recirculating air unit is available in 14 output sizes from 7 to 97 kW and consists of a heat exchanger, gas burner, and an exhaust fan. The combustion air can be drawn either from outdoors as standard or from the exhibition space.

The UDSA hot air generator from REZNOR guarantees uniform air distribution in the heated hall. Its patented heat exchanger sets new standards in terms of airflow characteristics and heat transfer, providing an efficiency of over 92 percent.

This new generation of units allows halls to be heated in a particularly economical manner directly – that is, without central heating – using decentrally installed, modulating gas hot air generators.

These units are directly heated gas AHUs with atmospherically operated multi-gas burners, assisted by fans. Installation and connection for gas and exhaust sides may only be carried out by a certified installation company.

The gas hot air generators are suitable for:
- Operation with natural gas or LPG
- Recirculating air mode
- Intake air temperatures below 5°C with stainless steel heat exchanger*
- Single-stage or two-stage* heating operation, controlled via room thermostat and control switch heating
- Ventilation° controlled via ECOtronic TN-L° with day-night-week program
- Flue gas discharge via the roof, type B or C °
- Flue gas discharge through the external wall, type C °
