The universal testing machine series H3000TM is a single-spindle machine featuring a robust construction of aluminium and stainless steel (V2A), equipped with recirculating ball screw drives, ball bushing guides, and a toothed belt drive. The bellows cover protects the spindle and guides. The testing machine is microprocessor-controlled and features a membrane keypad. The two-line LCD display shows force and displacement. The machine can be operated as a standalone unit or via PC using a USB interface.

Travel measurement is performed with an encoder (0.01 mm visible resolution on LCD, internal 0.0001 mm). The machine is fitted with a standard load cell: 0.03% linearity and matching calibration. Optionally, a second channel for an additional load cell or displacement sensor can be added. The universal testing machine is available with two different travel paths, 500 mm or 1200 mm (with load cell, without test fixture).

Scope of delivery:
One load cell of your choice (50N – 100N – 200N – 500N – 1000N – 2000N – or 3000N), certificate, 220 V cable, USB cable, documentation, CE Declaration of Conformity.
