General Description

The offered vacuum evaporator (57,000 L/day) comes from a project for the treatment of process water and digestate at a biogas producers’ cooperative in southern France.
The plant was fully installed but never commissioned. It is in like-new, factory-preserved condition and available immediately.

The evaporator is designed as a thermally efficient vacuum system and is used for volume reduction, concentration, and recovery of water-based liquid wastes.

In combination with a downstream reverse osmosis unit, it is ideal for applications requiring both clean distillate and highly concentrated nutrient or brine solutions.
