The large color touch panel makes parameter input even easier and more convenient.
5 programs with 50 steps each
It is possible to program up to 5 heating curves, each with a maximum of 50 steps. This feature is particularly useful for complex processes.

Information about gas and oil consumption
Oil and gas consumption is calculated based on the burner settings. This function allows you to estimate the consumption and cost of each firing process.

USB storage
Every firing process is logged, and the data can be transferred to a USB stick for analysis on a PC. Each file is automatically created for a single firing process, recording extreme temperatures and exact timing. Files are saved in *.csv (Excel spreadsheet) format. For all customers until the end of 2016, this feature is free of charge. At other companies, this can cost several thousand euros.

Storage of the last 20 firing processes
Is something wrong? Did too few items come out of the kiln? Now you can check the exact parameters of the firing process, such as duration or potential issues.

Automatic smoke extraction
The smoke extraction system can be programmed to open a few minutes before the end of the firing process to vent smoke from the chamber. The smoke extractor can also be controlled via the touch panel.

Process duration timer
Using the heating dynamics, the process duration is calculated and the end time of the firing process is displayed.

Self-closing doors
To open, simply pull the door. To close, just push—it will close automatically.

Exhaust hood above the door (optional)
To minimize hall heating caused by opening the door, an exhaust hood can be installed above the door to remove hot air.

Partition wall (optional)
The partition wall is suitable for customers purchasing a large kiln who wish to use only part of the kiln. The oven is equipped with a movable partition wall and dedicated control system.

2 in 1 (optional)
It is possible to use both chambers independently. For example, the firing process can run in the first chamber while drying takes place in the second.
