Ovens for the polymerization of powder coatings are designed for heating elements coated with powder paint. Heating is achieved through continuous air circulation, which is forced by the fan assembly. During the heating process, the powder melts and a homogeneous coating structure forms on the surface of the object, which is well bonded to the substrate.

Ventilated ovens – dryers can be used for drying metal items after degreasing or etching.

The large color touch panel is visually appealing and comfortable, as well as intuitive to operate. All important parameters are set directly on it.

Memory for 20 programs with 10 events each

It is possible to store up to 20 programs and to activate up to 10 consecutive time-temperature events, which are arranged in the heating curve. This is particularly required for more demanding processes.

Power consumption information

Consumption is calculated based on burner settings. This feature allows you to estimate cycle costs, plan for consumption, and verify personnel activity.

Dual-channel USB cycle parameter recorder

Each oven is equipped with a recorder that logs all ignition parameters, including two temperature channels – like an aircraft black box – onto a USB stick. The system also allows for analysis of monthly/daily reports, including media consumption and output. Every heating start, every time the door is opened, is recorded for years.

Such a dedicated option is not offered by any other manufacturer. It is a system developed from scratch by our developers.

Automatic oven start at 6 a.m.

How often have you waited after hours for a cycle to finish? If you’ve been running a coating shop for a while, you know the situation. With our solution, you can leave the unfinished cycle at the end of your shift in the oven, so it ends automatically when you come to work the next morning.

Automatic fume extraction chimney

The chimney can be programmed to open a few minutes before the firing process ends to vent the oven chamber. It can be remotely controlled from the panel, and does not need to be operated manually, unlike many standard designs.

Self-closing door

To open, just pull on the door. The lock has adjustable pressure. To close, simply push. The lock catches the door and pulls it closed automatically.

The ThPID system was developed to overcome the inertia effect known as hysteresis. The standard solution is based on a system that heats at constant power in an on/off mode. ThPID is a system in which, through voltage regulation after reaching the set temperature, the required current heating power is selected to minimize the effects of temperature fluctuations.
