Popis
The mask machine offered here (fish mask type) combines efficiency and safety features with an optimized fit. These product characteristics are achieved, among other things, thanks to the use of ultrasonic technology, an intuitive HMI with touchscreen for easy and clear operation, as well as an optimized and robust steel unwinding unit.
Process steps at a glance:
- Feeding of filter fleece via an edge control system, as well as feeding of the nose wire; uniform welding of the mask followed by folding and separation of the base body.
- The next process step is attaching the ear loops using ultrasonic technology. Optionally, a camera inspection system, stacker unit, and flow pack machine can be supplied additionally.
Detailed features:
- Welded unwinding unit with a total of 4 manual tension shafts, magnetic powder brakes, and edge control system for supplying the filter material.
- Nose wire is fed via an additional unwinder.
- The use of discs in combination with slim aluminum profiles offers a good view of production while still ensuring complete operator protection.
- On request, we offer various printing systems so you can print legally required information onto your masks.
- The use of ultrasonic technology and durable materials such as titanium ensure higher machine availability compared to conventional materials.
- High precision due to servo-driven motors.
- Uniform material feed and guiding; separation via rotary cutter with lateral trim discharge.
